This is a large purpose built health centre in Wallington which houses 2 separate GP practices (Shotfield Medical Practice and Wallington Family Practice), various hospital and community services. The hospital services are provided by Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust and are mostly by appointment only. The community services are provided by the Royal Marsden NHS Trust and again are mostly by appointment only. There are also 3 walk-in services that can be used by patients within the area not just from the 2 practices on site and these are:
Phlebotomy (blood taking) |
Monday to Friday |
08:30 – 12:00 |
X-Ray |
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) |
09:00-13:00 |
Community ECG (following referral by your GP) |
Every Thursday |
08:00-13:00 |
Please note if you require a drink of water during your visit to Jubilee Health Centre, particularly if you are attending for a fasting blood test, you should bring your own with you. We can only provide drinking water to those who feel unwell and request it at one of our reception desks on site. There are no public water dispensers on site now due to issues with the health and safety of staff and patients.
If you are attending for phlebotomy or x-ray please ensure you bring the form given to you by the referring Clinician as the test cannot be completed without it. You can also make an appointment earlier on a Wednesday with the stop smoking advisor if that is more convenient for you, see leaflets and posters in the health centre or ask at reception for their contact details.
If you are due to see one of the services and if you have an appointment you need to change or other query you should contact them on the number provided on your last letter or other leaflet provided to you by that service. Alternatively if you can’t find the letter or leaflet you can ring the information desk at the health centre on tel 020 3458 5733 who may be able to assist you. Please do not ring either of the practices if your query is about any of the other services in the building as we will be unable to assist you.
Please note that the building opens at 8.00am, except for GP extended hours appointments, and we cannot provide access to patients before this time for health and safety and lone working reasons, staff need time to arrive for work and be ready to receive patients.
If you experience any issues with these other services please also contact the service provider directly.
